In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
If you do not receive an email when you post a ticket, please check your spam or junk folders to make sure.
Agents are available from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm. Any requests received outside of this time, including at weekends, will be dealt with on the next working day. We aim to respond and resolve all support requests within 48 hours from receipt of the initial inquiry.
